We arrived at the hotel around 12pm with luggage, but check-in was not yet available, but they had a place where we could leave our bags and go on our tours without our luggage (which was great to have this service available, so we were able to make the most of our trip). There was also a bathroom at reception where we could change and tables where we could eat before heading out for the tour. When we returned, it was already around 5:30 pm, we checked in and went to the room quickly, we had another appointment at 6 pm (Caldea, it was a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, this was perfect, as we wouldn't have much time between arrival at the hotel and this appointment, we 100% recommend Caldea, the Premium package is the most worthwhile in our opinion, as it has the best swimming pools and we also recommend Tobotronc at Naturland, We loved the tour, it's a shame there's a 2x limit on the ticket only). Upon leaving Caldea, we went to the center at McDonalds (which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel and 5 minutes from Caldea), we loved the snack options, different from where we live, and we went to the Hotel to rest. The room is spacious, has a heater and TV, a beautiful view and the shower was very good too. We found the room and bedding very clean and had everything we needed (towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer...) and the bed was very spacious. We had a great night and have nothing to complain about. The hotel is not the most modern in the city, but it met all our needs and we found the price and location to be very good for our needs. From the bus stop, it took us around 20 minutes to walk. The city is quiet and safe. We loved our time in Andorra and we definitely recommend it. The only thing I regret is not having stayed 1 or 2 more in the city, in case you wanted to enjoy the other Grandvalira park and also to do the shopping.

We stayed at the hotel for one week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. First of all, the rooms were really spacious, including the bathrooms, which were clean and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic—perfect for shopping and dining, with Carrefour supermarket just a short walk away. It’s also only a minute away from the bus station, where buses take you directly to the ski resorts, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were outstanding. A special thank you to Mikealla, the waitress in the restaurant, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a small spa, which, while basic, offers good privacy, along with a small swimming pool and a sauna. The food is a mixed story. Breakfast was great—fresh and varied. However, the dinner included in the half-board option was disappointing. The hot dishes, like the soup, were served lukewarm, and on the first day, we were served a piece of fat instead of pork meat. After we raised our concerns, the hotel kindly offered us the option to spend €50 in the lobby restaurant instead, and the food there was absolutely fantastic—delicious and far better than what was served upstairs in the included dining option. Another highlight was the maintenance staff, who went above and beyond to guide us on how to start our ski holiday, including the best ski rental options and which bus to take. While the hotel is rated 4 stars, it lacks room service, which is unusual for this category. However, the exceptional staff made our stay memorable and enjoyable. If the chef in the main restaurant were replaced or the food improved, this hotel would truly be top-notch

It seems all the hotels downtown offer the same thing. We chose this hotel because the rate with breakfast was very reasonable & we are pleased we did. The reception area is snazy but the rooms are a little dated. This isn't to say they are not nice. The bed was HUGE, water pressure great and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Europe.. and served until 11AM!!!! The location is perfect. We paid the extra for parking because there are no other options! Other parking lots charge the same and for 23 hours, not 24 WTF. Sadly parking can not be reserved, so it was a little stressful double parking on the street, running in side to see if they had parking and then waiting for them to open the door to the garage. This just seems to be the way of it. You should note that normal (eg Vodaphone) European Phone coverage does not work in Andorra. So prep for that!! Eg maps and knowing how to find your hotel! Also not there are rooms that face out to the street with mountain-ish views OR back rooms with a single window in the far corner. The receptionist suggested we take a back room which we did but perhaps we should have choosen the other style. We would stay there again. Location, location.

Was conveniently located in the center of town. Was able to park underground under the hotel (very tight spaces so be patient trying to pull in!). Close to restaurants and grocery store across the street (with excellent fresh squeezed orange juice machine). We had access to the spa area, which had a small pool and sauna. You can't just drop in to the spa, you need to reserve a time at the front desk. A bit inconvenient but it does mean that you have it to yourself during your reserved time. The pool was too small for laps and not hot enough for a hot tub but was refreshing to get in after the sauna.

The location is great. In the middle of the Main Street to all shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room is very comfortable with a very good shower and also has a bathtub. The spa area is free if you book direct on there website and is also good and there is a dry sauna. There was a spot for my car in the garage and it was 24€ per day. It’s only 5min walk to Caldea spa.
